We do not share your email address with our customers or expose it to our staff except to authorised personnel who require server access to perform their duties. However, if a third party (such as a dealership, leasing provider, or resale platform) initiates a battery test and you grant access via our app, we will share the resulting battery health report with that partner as part of the service you have consented to.
6. Third-Party Integrations (Smartcar)
We use Smartcar as a data conduit to securely access your vehicle data. Smartcar acts solely as a processor on our behalf, providing data directly from your vehicle when you explicitly consent via our app. Smartcar does not retain or use your data beyond delivering it to us. 7. Data Retention
We retain your personal and vehicle information for as long as necessary to provide you with our Services, comply with our legal obligations, or fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. After this period, your data is either deleted or anonymised for aggregate analytical purposes.

By using our Site and Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. We currently disconnect your vehicle from Smartcar after each battery diagnostic test.
